Our Study Group got off to a great start last week. We had two interesting presentations on Hindu Creation Stories by R and The Interplay of Male and Female Power in the Creation Stories of South East Asia by J.
A couple of technical glitches apart, there was so much knowledge to be gleaned. I am learning so much about Hinduism and its influence on the Eastern world, its amazing.
And the more you read the more you realize that there are so many common themes in stories and legends amongst diverse cultures.
Today, I’m hosting the event and the two ladies presenting have stories from Thailand and Indonesia to share.
