I loved making this cake- this time with some planning and preparation. Which means I went out and bought kit kats.
Which kid doesn’t like kit kats? Heck, who doesn’t like kit kats? I had a hard time not eating all of them myself!
Three layers of delicious chocolatey goodness, sandwiched together with milk chocolate ganache, this time, with kit kats stuck onto the sides.
The Diva helped me stick the kit kats on, mom-daughter decorating fun!
We also made the frolicking pigs together and put them onto the ganache atop the cake.
And the best of all, a note from the mom….
“Hi Radhika,
The cake was awesome. The finish was very professional. Texture and flavor were rich yet not overwhelming. Absolutely gorgeous cake had the kids scrambling for the pigs. The quantity was also just right for 20 people.
Thanks a lot for all the hard work.”
Enjoy!

and yet another Pig Cake!! Someone suggested using mermaids in water (piping gel??) at my blog the other day. Guess what I was working on at that very moment?! LOL!! I love your version!!
Of the pigs, or the mermaid? Yes piping gel sounds like a great idea.
